For flat, simple, spot color seps,
we use VECTOR ART:

CDR (Corel Draw version X3 or lower)
AI (Adobe Illustrator version CS2 or lower)
EPS
PDF

For photographic, 4 color process art, 
we use RASTER ART:
(must be 400dpi to size)

TIFF
BMP
PSD (please do not flatten layers)

#1 -PLEASE PROVIDE A JPEG in ADDITION to other art files.
        WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR MISTAKES IF WE DO NOT HAVE A PRINTOUT OR JPEG TO COMPARE THE FILE TO. 

#2 -Convert all type/fonts to curves or outlines.

#3 -Sizing: Please submit all files at the size you wish them to be printed.
         DO NOT resize low resolution files to a bigger size. It will make the quality worse.

#4 -Vector art is ALWAYS preferable if it is not a photo or painting (flat colors-no fades).

#5 -All colors must be converted to PMS#’s (coated).

#6 -Art Department proofs are meant to give you an idea of what the image will look like on the garment, and for you to check it against your original art (if applicable).  They are not exact representations of color, size, or proportion.
