Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Can I buy just one shirt?
A: Because of the high cost of press time and screen development, it is not economical to buy just one shirt.  Our minimum for a screenprint order is 48 units and 36 units for embroidery.  You may not alter image size, location, ink color, or placement within each order.  Different colored and sized garments are allowed as long as it does not require an ink change.
Q: Can I supply my own garments?
A: We do business with a wealth of different vendors with countless garment styles and colors available for decoration.  However, if you are looking for something specific that we do not offer or you have already purchased your blank goods, we can accomidate your order based upon factory approval.  Note:  Some garments may not be accepted due to their material, accessories, or size.  For example, plastic zippers on hooded sweatshirts will melt in the high heat of our dryers.

Q: What is your standard production time?
A: Our standard production time is 2-3 weeks after acceptance of order and factory approval of art, garments, and payment terms.

Q: Do you accept rush orders?
A: Rush orders are gladly accepted based on factory availability.  Additional charges apply for these services.  Standard rush charges are $50 for a one to two week turn time, and $100 for a turn time of less than one week (5 business days).

Q: Do you accept exact count orders?
A: Because of possible defects during garment shipping or printing, there is an additional charge for exact count orders.  This charge depends on the size and quantity of your order.  Please ask a sales associate for more details.
Q: Is this art copyrighted?
A: The Odle Group, LLC reserves the right to reject customer supplied artwork based on copyright infringement.  If we feel your artwork is of questionable origin, we may ask you to sign a waiver to take responsibility in the event of legal action.
Q: Which art format do you prefer?
A: As a general rule, we prefer clean, vector-based art (Corel Draw or Illustrator format).  A detailed art requirement sheet outlining specific program versions and color specifications can be found on on our Art Requirements page under About Us.
